GTBank Celebrates Customers for Service Week
Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank) Sierra Leone marked Customer Service Week from October 14 to 18 with various activities to honor and appreciate its valued customers. The week-long celebration showcased the bank’s commitment to exceptional service and fostering strong community relationships.
The festivities began with a Career Day, where staff wore outfits representing diverse professions, symbolizing the bank’s connection to its clientele. On Tuesday, employees donned Sierra Leone’s national colors—green, white, and blue—as a show of patriotism.
The Product Showcase Day featured staff in T-shirts highlighting GTBank’s innovative services, such as 9737, GTWorld, Salary Loan, and Smart Kids Save (SKS), enabling customers to explore beneficial banking solutions.
Thursday brought a nostalgic twist, with staff donning 80s-inspired fashion, creating a fun atmosphere for customers to reminisce. The week concluded with a Traditional Day, celebrating Sierra Leone’s rich cultural heritage through traditional attire.
As a grand finale, GTBank hosted a Dip and Win draw, where 30 lucky customers won prizes like mugs and keyholders, as a token of appreciation for their loyalty.
Ade Adebiyi, Managing Director of GTBank Sierra Leone, expressed gratitude for customer trust and support. “Customer satisfaction is our No. 1 priority. We continually develop products that make banking convenient and enjoyable,” he stated.
