Chief Executive Officer of Sierra Leone One Change (SLONEC), Ishamel Bangura has said they are aiming at revolutionizing business in Sierra Leone. Bangura was speaking during the press reveal of his accountancy and consultancy firm on Monday.
“The establishment of SLONEC was motivated by a desire to revolutionize business practices in Sierra Leone,” Bangura said while adding
“We are not merely here to alter the dynamics of business; rather, we aim to redefine business operations in terms of customer service and to establish an accountancy and consultancy firm that can showcase our expertise both nationally and internationally.”
SLONEC specializes in providing a comprehensive array of accountancy and consultancy services, aims to cater to individuals, businesses, and organizations not only within Sierra Leone but also beyond its borders.
Kadijatu Kamara, the Consulting and Compliance Manager, outlined the firm’s target clientele, which includes self-employed individuals, contractors, freelancers, startups, small or medium-sized enterprises, local and government agencies, as well as charitable organizations. She further elucidated that SLONEC’s consultancy services span various domains, encompassing organizational design, business transformation, leadership and culture, business advisory services, and bookkeeping.
Highlighting SLONEC’s unique approach, Kaparr Conteh, the Head of Sales and Marketing, emphasized the firm’s commitment to serving both national and international clients.
