Swimmers brace up for DOHA 2024

The National Swimming Team Sierra Dolphins has intensified preparation ahead of upcoming games Aquatic Games in Doha.

Speaking about the team’s preparedness for the World Aquatics Championship in DOHA, Qatar Next month. Head Coach Abib Kamara said the swimmers are in high spirits for the upcoming World Aquatics Swimming Championship in DOHA, Qatar this week. And the many other upcoming competitions this year.

We have been training at the Bintumani Hotel for the past two weeks in order to have our swimmers in the right frame ahead of these games.

President of the Sierra Leone Aquatics Mr. Mohamed Abdul Turay told the athletes to focus on their training and emphasized that they should take full advantage of the modern facilities at the Bintumani Hotel Swimming pool.

We have so many competitions this “And i want a medal from you this year” We have the swimming championship this week in Doha Qatar, the All African Games In Accra Ghana, In March, The All African Swimming Championship In Angola, In May, And the Olympians Games In Paris, in July this Year.

Female Swimmer Olaminde Elizabeth Sam thanked the Sierra Leone Aquatics Executive committee for their continued support towards their growth and social welfare, she ended by saying we will put on our best performance to bring laurels for the Association this year.
