NSA Funds Bo Rangers’ Flights for CAF Match in Ivory Coast
Babadi Kamara, the Executive Chairman of Bo Rangers Football Club, has announced that the Sierra Leone government, via the National Sports Authority, would cover the airfare for Bo Rangers players and technical staff traveling to Ivory Coast for their second-leg CAF Champions League match against San Pedro FC. Kamara shared this news during a visit to the Southern Arena after an intense training session.
This marks the first time the Sierra Leone government and the National Sports Authority have provided such support. Kamara encouraged the players to work hard, emphasizing that their efforts represent not only Bo Rangers but also the entire nation of Sierra Leone.
Bo Rangers FC is set to face Ivory Coast’s San Pedro in the preliminary round qualifiers of the 2024/2025 Total Energies CAF Champions League. The club is the reigning champion of the 2023/2024 Sierra Leone Premier League, securing the title for the third consecutive year.
