“This is my last album” Kontri Boss

Edward Wright, who is popularly known as Kontri Boss, has formally announced his departure from the music scene in Sierra Leone. He said his current album, Rebirth is the last he one.
In a post on his Facebook wall, he said his decision is based on the lack of support in the industry for talented people. He also lamented his frustration on the hype around new artists.
“In my opinion I think too many new kids in the block are overhyped and that’s our country’s biggest problem over hyping the ones that are not that talented. Sick Country Are don lef gie una the industry fos baa make we see watin una go do with am.”
The RnB star has not announced his next plans, but has hinted that he will be pursuing a new career opportunity. Eddie 441 as he was previously known was part of the 441 group of singers who rocked the industry in the last decade. But he went solo later and has since done some good songs including Monalisa which was a big hit, two years ago.
