Bill Hamid Backs Christian Caulker for SLFA Goalkeeper Coach Role

American goalkeeper Bill Hamid has publicly endorsed former Sierra Leone international Christian Caulker for a coaching role with the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA).
Hamid, who currently plays for Miami FC in the USL Championship, voiced his support on Instagram after Caulker shared a video of himself training young goalkeepers in Sierra Leone. The former D.C. United shot-stopper praised Caulker’s efforts and urged the SLFA to consider appointing him as the national team’s goalkeeper coach.
Caulker, a former Leone Stars goalkeeper, has been actively mentoring young talents, focusing on goalkeeping development. His experience and dedication to youth training have drawn attention, with Hamid’s endorsement further strengthening his case for an official role within the SLFA.
It remains unclear whether the SLFA will act on Hamid’s recommendation.
