THREE CONFIRM DEAD OVER HIGH KUSH CONSUMPTION

Three unidentified individuals were found dead under the Juba and Lumley bridge in Freetown, an area known for being a hub for Kush—a popular drug sold for 7 Leones in the western part of the city.
Witnesses reported that two of the deceased had only been in the Lumley area for about a month and were not locals. Their identities remain unknown.
The Lumley Police Division has confirmed that the bodies were transported to the mortuary. One victim was identified by a local woman who recognized him as her friend’s son.
This incident marks a troubling rise in drug-related deaths under the bridge, although previous occurrences have been reported, this is notably significant with three young lives lost.
In response to the incident, some Kush users expressed hope that this tragic event might serve as a warning to others to avoid the drug. The market for Kush is expanding rapidly, with prices for a bull now reaching 15 Leones depending on the location.
The Lumley Police Division is actively working to clear the area and prevent further incidents related to drug use.
